How It Works
A tested process, from your first enquiry to your six-month review at home.
Before You Travel
Tell us what you need, get a written plan and quote, then lock in your dates.
- 1Get your free quote
Click the "Get a free quote" button at the top right and fill in the short form. Our human coordinator will contact you to understand what you need.
- 2Talk to our coordinator
Our coordinator will check with the clinic whether your case can be treated in China. Important: please do NOT send any medical records, X-rays or other health information through the AI chat widget at the bottom right — our coordinator will tell you exactly how to share anything that is needed.
- 3Receive a written plan and quote
You get a treatment plan, timeline and itemised quotation in writing, including what is and is not included, before you commit to anything.
- 4Confirm your dates
Choose appointment dates that suit your travel. We hold your treatment slot once the dates are agreed with the clinic.
- 5Prepare your documents
Get your passport and travel insurance ready, and any documents the clinic asks for. Your coordinator will send you a short checklist.
Treatment in China
Consultation, treatment appointments, and your final fitting with written records.
- 1Arrival and consultation
Meet your dentist for an examination, CT scan if needed, and confirmation of the final treatment plan.
- 2Treatment appointments
Treatment is carried out across one or more appointments, with an English-speaking coordinator present.
- 3Free days and adaptation
Between appointments you are free to rest or explore the city. Avoid strenuous activity for 48 hours after surgery.
- 4Final fitting and records
Your final restorations are fitted and you receive your written records and X-rays.
Aftercare at Home
Fly home with your treatment records and X-rays, what to watch for in the first weeks, and how to keep your own dentist informed.
- 1Fly home with your records
Take your treatment summary and X-rays home. Avoid flying within 24 hours of surgery if possible.
- 2First weeks of care
Eat softer foods, keep the area clean, and follow the aftercare instructions from your clinic.
- 3Visit your local dentist
See your own dentist 3-6 months after treatment for a routine review using our records.
- 4Contact us if anything changes
If a restoration feels loose or you have pain, contact your treating clinic immediately.
